I don't think anyone commenting on this thread is even interested, those who are interested will have done as instructed and PM the guy. It isn't normal to need to post the salary structure on an advertisement , and certainly shouldnt need to prove yourself to people who have nothing to do with anything. People interested will already have been in touch and ignored the witch hunt DR1 mentality shown by some.
