air berlin scrapped their POP connection just days before i was due to fly to europe. had to get a new set of tickets and had a journey from hell (air france to SD). the bank says they will reimburse us either with miles or credit but it will take months.
germany, i am deeply disappointed in you. where is your efficiency and attention to detail now?
