Just received some nasty looking videos from the accident. Wish people wouldn’t do this. Mi Novia won’t watch porn but forwards me these gruesome videos. WTF

Because the jobs go to uncle Tito shoulders are to be used as transit lanes and stop lights are only a suggestion.
And double yellow lines are just pretty paint on the pavement.
Likely they have no safety training and many no licenses. Same for the taxis and public carrito busses
I wouldn't be surprised to find out one or both of the drivers had also been drinking.
And it will never change in DR, because life and education are not priorities for the government

Not only drinking, use of hard-drugs is common 24/7.
And a Dominican drivers license is a joke, has no value at all.
