A German citizen was found dead in Puerto Plata with signs of possible strangulation and blunt force trauma to the skull.

What could have happened? Sadly this won't affect DR tourism since the murders of westerners in this country don't make international headlines. See no evil hear no evil.

What is the point of Arresting them, they will just get off anyway .
The DR is a complete DISGRACE .. If you get Murdered, your Family better have some MONEY , so you get Justice after death .
Hope this Mans Family has enough sense to exact their own brand of Justice and pay off the right people to get it
,because the Courts sure as Sheit wont do it .

Just showing up in DR with the intention to get street justice (DICRIM style 😁) 99.99% guaranteed you will get set up yourself. Not just in DR but anywhere in the world.

Ever since Abinader allowed the PN to take the gloves off back in November they've been batting well over .500
There has also been several wanted criminals who have turnred themselves in recently most likely out of fear of being executed in the street.
Never a good idea as a foreigner to get involved with "get back" outside their own country.
