As rogerjac mentioned, Martinez in front of the helipad by Infiniti Blue. He has instructed both my wife and my daughter...I won't comment on their ability to drive though! He is reasonably priced and his price includes the drivers licence also. He will go out with the student 10-15 times and then take them to POP for the 'exam'. I think all in it was about 6000-7000 pesos, can't quite remember.
