What's your favorite bread/recipe? I've been making Sour Dough bread for the last few months and am willing to try something new

Beer Bread. Two cups self-rising flour (or make your own) 5 heaping tablespoons sugar, one can warm beer (light or normal).
325 until center is done. I usually split the top and add butter. Additionally, raisins and nuts can be added to the mix.

I used to. I had a Black & Decker bread maker. It made great bread and dough for bread sticks or pizza. I brought it from Canada in a suitcase and it worked great for several years until one day it didn't.

Remember that moment in the beginning of Covid?
When everybody was looking for yeast?
The manufacturers couldn't keep up with the demand.
Maybe not everywhere but, that happened here. (Montreal)
Nothing says it couldn't happen again.
Never let yourself run low on yeast and once open, store it in the fridge.
I'm not feeding a crowd so I bake a small round loaf every couple of days.
I love the kneading.
Many don't.

Banana bread. I've recently tried it a few times and really liked it.
So good. I've made it more times than I can remember. Throw some cinnamon and chocolate chips in there.

Coconut bread with or without nuts, very good. I did a cranberry orange bread once, it was good. I probably need to practice more with this one.

I bake challah every week.

But this is a sort of fun thing that never lets one down:
