Hello all!I'm hoping someone here has some info.
It's difficult as heck to find.independent.ice-cream shops-here(Bon, Baskin Robbins, Valentino..) they all buy their respective franchisors products. I need ice cream shop
supplies, cones, spoons, etc...
anyone know a place?
Thanks
Cones for independent operators are self made. You can buy as many machines as your business growth demands.
The spoons are also made to order. Meaning you must have the mold(s) made for your account and demand. They will manufacture the spoons you order, based on how many molds you were willing to invest into. They don't use another client's mold to produce your spoons as they must be at the ready for that account's owner on demand production.
The quantity of spoons manufactured per batch is let known to you based on the number of molds you pay for. So you are restricted only by your own needs.
There are about 15 Envases Pl?sticos manufacturers in SD that can accommodate your small to growing needs. Ditto for the wood spoons (flat ones). They can even brand your wood spoons on demand.
The paper same thing, for all needs from bags to napkins.
Where you will find it tricky is when you want to create the pints, etc... Sized cups. The design must be trademarked and pass muster with other patents. These will cost you a pretty penny to set up for manufacturing.
The rest of the stuff you can either import it or have it made for you by a local company. Things like the sugar syrup, flavorings, etc... All that you can have a local company make it for you under your own patent. Believe it or not, most flavors you can mix at home with a basic kit that comes with measurements and related data in order to obtain the patents. The lab will certify it's edible and safe for human comsumption and the company will just mix the ingredients in large scale, then bottle or pack them as they need be with your own trademarks.
Hope that helps you a bit.
