Apartment Hunting....

Hainamosa is not one of Santo Domingo's nicer areas. I wish her well, but I'm betting it won't last.

Then again, if she gets a landlord that lives next door, that may soften the blow.

Pretty rough area, but there are a few streets of older middle class homes that are nice enough and acceptable.

But Charlie and Carr. Mella is a pretty rough area indeed.

That's the same general area where Pricesmart had their store for a while.

Landlord lives on top. Its a 4 apartment block. Its on a quiet street. My bf parents live 3 streets over and they know the man . I also rented the place just under where ill be Back in november when i visited. Great man . Now ill install myself for a year or more.
