Are any Dominican guys circumsized?

Hello,
I'm an American black woman (age 27) and I'm sorry if my question is offensive, but I wanted to know if any guys from the Dominican Republic are circumsized? I just read that most Dominican men are not circumsized, and I'm very surprised (because most American men are)

I don't have many Dominican friends so I thought I'd ask the people here.

I guess women can also answer this question, because if you dated/married you should know.

I haven't sampled/seen most domican d*ck, but in my experience, besides Americans, muslims and jewish men, men in the world-despite what american do- are NOT circumsized.

Having said that, I have sampled both kinds (circumsized and uncircumsized ), there is no noticeable difference, a beautiful one is a beautiful with or without the hat. Again, I tend to pay more attention on how skilled the handler is. :bandit:

I confirm for europe, except religious reasons, not many parents deceide to give their new born the chop....... if I remember rightly, in germany last year a court even named it cruelty.

I have never heard anything about pain. This does not sound logical. I have heard that AIDS is easier to contract if one is not circumcised, based on people who treat it in Africa.

i come from the land of unsnipped dicks and i can tell you there is no difference in rakata. certainly they cause no pain. but circumcised member is nicer to look at and always seemed cleaner to me. the way dominicans care for personal hygiene makes if highly unlikely to encounter someone with a cheesy peen, thou.

I think the whole idea evolved over cleanliness. GOD created it that way, probably thinking "dickheads" would keep their dickheads clean.
I don't remember my severance but knew a guy in the Air Force that did. After hearing his story, do your baby boy a favor. Go clean!!
