Wondering if there are there any ACTIVE serial killers in Dominican Republic?
Why on earth would you ask a question like this?

I can tell you there's certainly no shortage of people running around this country who are wanted for murder.

I don't know no serial killers myself but I would have to say there's definitely a few running around in this country also the many mentally unstable people with retard strength that will kill you in a heartbeat

The accepted standard for media and law enforcement is 4 or more murders makes you a serial killer.
I suspect they will increase that as most idiots these days can do tha at or before breakfast.
I only know one murderer in the DR and he only killed one guy. Shot him in broad daylight.
Saw the Polica National kill 3 Hatians on my road one day but it did stop a riot.

Anyone remember when a group of Dominicans (four I think) 3 guys, 1 gal were abducting minibus drivers at gun point and forcing them into an old dry well where all of them ended up dying, with the sole intent of taking their buses over to Haiti and selling them?

All four of them were eventually caught when one of the stolen buses ended up being driven back across the border from Haiti (if my memeory serves me correct) not sure what the outcome this case was. I wanna say it happened around the Summer 2017.

My opinion, all four of them qualify as serial killers.

There are serial killers in the U.S. and other parts of the world. I’m curious, though—are there any in the Dominican Republic? Seems like I’m not supposed to bring the subject up

Just to clarify—by "active," I mean anyone who hasn’t been caught yet. I seriously doubt the authorities would make that kind of information public, especially since it could negatively impact tourism.
