Word on Social Media is is already OUT..... on like 500 Mil Peso Bond... can anyone confirm this ???.
Yep. Out on bond (50m, I think) and he's already signed agreements with 40 families. Pretty smart to keep the lawyers out of it.

He does not have to fear DR Justice !
230+ Families is a different issue.
One "burned Fuse" of a Father, Brother, Husband or Child ......
I'm positive that at least 1000 affected vowed "to kill him".
It just needs one.
and how will the victim's families, as well as the many injured get their settlements?

Him and his sister are both pieces of shit. If the Dominican legal system does not do its job, I hope those scumbags are met with a a vigilante form of justice.

That's when it will get interesting.

I've actually been an inmate in Rafey in the past, it was harder on me mentally than physically.
I know a (now infamous) chic who was released from Rafey Women's here in Santiago about one year ago, after completing a 10 years sentence.

She spent many a weekend at home with family prior to being "officially" released from prison. Cash and connections still hold a lot of power down here. More than I think most of our fellow forum members realize.

This fella's strategy is gonna be pay out as much compensation to the victim's family's as possible while letting the attorney's drag it out until Lord knows when. Running would have been the dumbest idea in a situation like this.

I wonder how her partner in crime's hunger strike until he dies is going. :ROFLMAO:

What world is that? It's not Ford or American Airlines indemnifying customers who lost their lives due to negligence. It's a guy and his wife. How much do you think his net worth will be in a few years of attorneys and paying off various corrupt Dominican justice system actors? You make it sound like 250 families have millions coming to them each. That's a great fantasy. Dude will probably be found Epstein style first anyway

Opinions vary but it's clear that he should have been aware of the dangers of the improper work, or lack of proper repair and multiple is and should be held responsible. Absolutely including many years in prison. That's my opinion, and the law most places, and would be the same in any country.
