When you say you are a "member" do you mean your have an account there? I have an account there and have a monthly "sweep" of my interest and dividends. So, are you saying have Schwab send it to DR bank and use ATM card to withdraw it? (I am ignorant on the subject because I have never, as in never, used a ATM card.)

Yes sorry i mean I have an account with Schwab. When I need money I simply withdraw money from an atm using my Schwab card. I usually withdraw from the scotiabank near me as i can get 20,000 pesos at a time. With Schwab they will automatically give you two accounts; a checking account with a debit card and an investor account (i dont use that). I dont send anything to a DR bank.
