But I agree with what Gorgon said - her injuries smack of an emotional beating, but rapists sometime do beat and strangle women, one only need think of The Night Stalker, Richard Ramirez, as an example.

It is possible this was an employee who was miffed about some other incident or just an intoxicated or high on drugs Dominican - I have seen several out & about that get pretty worked up just on cheap rum.

Too bad a rape kit was not the first thing done so as to rule her husband in or out.

One can have sympathy for a "victim" while withholding judgement pending an assembly of facts.

I guess precepting is your call. I find her veracity to be comical and I wont comment on her looks like you did but we certainly don't agree.

I certainly do hope that under all the media attention the local P.D doesn't grab an innocent Dominican or Haitian and pronounce him the culprit of this assault. They certainly are capable of pulling a local ne'er do well off the street and crowning him the perpetrator. To take the heat off. As previously indicated this assault reeks of an emotional component. Her conveniently leaving out critical facts and glossing over others coupled with her making the local news rounds smells of a shakedown and an alcohol infused sanky dispute.

Let me just say...1. No "blind MeToo" anywhere in my sentiment
2. Your words have sympathy for a "victim" is correct But it works both ways. One does not immediately come out shooting with both barrels blazing just because one doesn't want to believe. In this regard it seems some of these "immediate" non-believers are shooting at victim to protect "the brand" any way they can. My last comment simply the way I choose to look at life. And then I come out shooting when I, and only I am convinced with the facts.
So stop using your misguided legaleese on me.

Lots of people who lives in NJ move to DE , Nj Prop taxes $10 - 16K.... DE , avg around $2,500 a year ,,
some of the lowest in the East Coast . Not to mention great Laws with respect to Inheritance and other taxes .
So yeagh, even trailer trash can live high on the Hog ..if they choose to live nice.

Take a GOOD look at her Husband ... take a real good look. and tell me he does not fit the Profile of someone who would do this ..
This man is wearing Sandals , shorts and a baseball cap to a Video Interview .. his appearance does not even fit with someone who owns that house . If i did not know any better I would almost say that is in a STUDIO made to look like a House . not theirs ..
he looks more like the Plumber coming to fix a leak .

lol.. I almost feel sorry for the poor slob. He could not even articulate a sentence on this "set-up" pre arranged photo shoot. Bet he can enunciate "I'll have another". Not a chance any employee will remember this slug except maybe the guy working the all-you can eat breakfast station.

Im gonna have to agree with you Mackey on this one. The chance of this guy being a certified plumber is as likely as him being a medical doctor

Dumb Husband bought the house before they were married in 2004.

Then he was nice enough the put the house in both of their names after getting married.
