Hello everyone
I would like to ask some help. I am trying to log in to bancanet in banco santa cruise account. I have succesfully changed my password, because i could not remember the old one. But when i want to log in it does not work. Under the user name and password there is a line saying Make sure this is the image you selected and a picture shows a horse shoe. Can some one tell me what this is mean. I'm thinking this is preventing my singning in. Thanks you in advance

When you opened your account in BSC, you had to select an image. If you didn't select a horse shoe, you're using an incorrect user name or password.

Did you log in through the new system or the old one?

Is via your personal account or business account?

Take notice that since last Nov 2023, BSC migrated everyone to their new platform. And has been a headache due their constant issues lately.

Make sure you download new app old won't work follow these steps to gain access to new app! Warning its in spanish only!

Maybe if you are logging into Banco Santa Cruise, well that could be your issue because it is Banco Santa Cruz.
Sounds like you are in an old app not their new BSC En Linea. They no longer use images for confirmation

BSC is running neck and neck with BP for the last spot in customer service in the DR............

Thank you all for you answers. I am for sure trying to use the old version. I will try to go on the new platform and hope for the best.

BSC is running neck and neck with BP for the last spot in customer service in the DR............
Just recently I had to get my new debit card as the old one was going to expire. Last year I received a new passport which I had to show for updating the new number.
New card issued, and next day when I went to check my online, no excess. Back to the bank and the agent tells me that it will take 2 -3 days for the system to update. You guessed it, almost two weeks later and still no update completed. The funniest part is the agent keeps emailing me every two days to tell me he is waiting for a reply from head office as to why it is taking so long.:rolleyes:
