I was just watching a show called Deadliest Earthquakes. Since I finally got a phone that I can install apps. I was wondering if there are any earthquake alarm apps that anyone can recommend or are they useless?

ShakeAlert app but this article from last Nov says only works in West Coast USA. Last paragraph of article mentions a built-in EQ alarm in Androids. Don’t know if there’s an app that would work here in DR.

The San Andres fault will / may cause an earthquake pretty soon (in a geological time scale a million years from now).

Seriously. Imaging they could predict earthquakes like hurricanes. There would be an exodus.
