Oh CB, you still think so American... why not just buy the DVD and get the guys in Santiago to copy it for you? Between all the gringos here on the Board we could do a better subtitling job than most movie studios... Then you get it in Spanish for the entire Latin American market....

It's an interesting film. 6% of traditional critics liked it but 85% of paying customers like it. Not an unexpected difference.
I had asked for limited viewing, maybe two weekend days, in 5 specific theaters. The distributors didn't reject the solicitation outright-there were numerous communications-but said their short-term plan was only limited US/NA showings, only an initial 300 screens. Now it comes out that they didn't produce many copies and have ordered 500 more for 1,000 copies. I just want 5 for one weekend.
