Non-AI

There is a non-AI on the non-Hamaca side of the Don Juan but I've never learned the name of it. Someone on here should know it though. It's like a blueish/purple color building (sorry know the description is poor).

It's always looked nice to me and has balconies right on the beach.

Extensive coral reef, clear water, sandy beach and plenty of palm trees is the only great attraction in Boca Chica. Given its nearness to the capital, Santo Domingo, it is the hangout for all kinds of sleazy rundown thugs who have adopted this tourist spot as their favorite place. The only time the town has any sort of calmness is after all the street walkers, pimps and panhandlers have passed out in any of the numerous dingy flophouses. From noon until four in the morning, there's a continuous clamor of motorbikes and SUVs without mufflers, dogs barking, women screaming, men shouting, kids yelling, accompanied by the blaring of very bad salsa music and hip-hop from seedy liquor stores and sordid clubs. Imagine all the pandemonium of the worst grubby beach town overrun by all the repugnant bums you do not want to run into.

BC for honeymoon?!

I find it a bit funny to select BC for a honeymoon - like bringing sand to the Sahara. Albeit never having been there myself (Boca Chica I mean) all tales are that BC is not a place for honeymooners, rather the place for the bachelor looking for fun.

Were I you, I would select a place with bit more romance and atmosphere for the newlyweds, like La Romana a bit further to the East.
