Comes as no surprise.
A friend of mine here in
Santiago knows Mr. Felix Bautista
quite well... they used to work
together at a small local gocery
store up in NYC back in the
late 1980´s. This guy Bautista
is so corrupt the US cancelled
his visa a few years ago.

It used to be so comical back in the 80's & early 90's ,, A BMW would pull up to a Bodega.. white yuppie type would go in , and the only thing he seemed to purchased was one of those 10 Cent Drinks the kids used to buy.... I guess those things were really really good ... lol

You will note in the photograph the use of white shirts and white jackets. That's the "virgin look". It goes well with the colors of the Dominican flag making it so very special and professional.. . . doesn't it?
