US Embassy is seeking person to be responsible for budgeting and accounting for serviced agencies and program budgets. The person will advise on all financial aspects of operations for the Department of State and serviced agencies, including current financial status, projections of future needs and recommendation sof alternatives and solutions to financial needs for the budgets and programs. University decree in accounting, finance or other business related area is required. Three years of work experience with the US Government or a large international organization in an accounting or financial management position. English level III (good working knowledge). Computer skills. Understanding of a medium-sized organization's financial processes and procedures. Familiarity with economic situation in country and price, salary and exchange rate trends is required. Ability to search and apply regulations, teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, work under pressure and flexibility skills are required.
