Building Collapse in La Vega

This happen earlier today in La Vega. It had a furniture store. The company says two members of their team are trapped in the rubble. Supposedly, several injured people have been rescued and one dead person.

Security camera from a nearby building captures the moment of the collapse.

Not as bad as the high rise that collapsed in Miami about a year ago, but still bad.

Ever notice how every Dominican on scene shouts directions like they are in charge?

The injured man as he is being entered in an ambulance. It seems his left hand snapped on the wrist.

I'm surprised we don't see more of these types of incidents given the amount of corruption nationwide.
