Location definitely matters. If too close to a residential area, will be a problem.

Yes, I understand. I am just tired of the hours. I am not going anywhere. I plan on opening a cafe next door. Anybody interested can call me.

I see a lot of ads like that. They publish one foto of a house, usually a bad one, and state the house is for sale, thats it. No price , location, beds, baths nothing. Then at the ad they say if you aren't interested dont waste my time.
