Hi!

I am looking for a call center (40+ seats) that is interested in conducting an outbound campaign for our medical, legal and ID Protection products. We are willing to payout daily, and are flexible about paying a fully-upfront bounty or an upfront bounty with a residual based on collections, or a payout based entirely on actual collections.

Thanks,

Hank

Part of the difficulty in contracting work to Dominican call centers are Dominican labor laws. In order for the call center to take on your campaign, they will need a commitment from you that will cover their costs in case you choose to terminate the program. No call center manager wants to be stuck with the liquidation costs for employees in case you terminate. Be prepared to front alot of liquidation money if you enter into an agreement with a call center. Although Dominican labor costs sound reasonable at first glance, you have to figure 30-40% in benefits and taxes.

Hank, I'm not sure if you are only looking for a call center in the Dominican Republic, but we are a 200 seat Guatemalan based call center. Please email me so we can discuss exactly what you need and what we can offer.
Thanks,

No not another example of why its better to do business anywhere but the DR. No seriously, it really seems like the labor laws are very discouraging for new business startups. Does the government not see this? The employees are very protected here for sure. Could this be because its almost impossible to find a quality worker in the DR, so the inept have to be protected at the cost of the company. Great forward looking vision. Sadly the DR is falling far behind other latin countries due to this fact.
