Great question and good to know answer regarding Mexico allowing certain other countries visa holders to visit without getting a specific visa for Mexico.

Are there any other countries like Mexico that allow Dominican Citizens with US 10 year visitor's visas to visit without having to get a specific visa for that country? Ones that would ordinarily require such a visa?
Yes, Jamaica and Panama, for instance. Having said that, some countries have the requirement of a prior entry to the U.S. Also, keep in mind that some lists that you might find online and even at the MIREX website, might not be up to date, so you should always confirm at the website for the embassy or consulate of your country of interest.

Yes you can
My wife and I went to Cancun last year, and she is Dominican and was allowed into Mexico with a valid Canadian Visa.
Also Schengen or US Visitor visa will suffice, no need to apply for a Mexican visa.
Always remember to say that the Visa must have at least one entrance into USA, if you have a Visa that has not been used then is not valid to enter to Mexico, and for Dominicans USA Visa its the only one Mexico acepts.

To Travel to Aruba, Curacao, San Martin, Panama and Costa Rica for Dominicans Citizents the also acept bedside USA, the Canadian and Shcengen Visa with the same rule that must be used to enter to Canda or Schengen Territories at least one time.
