i'm with Rogers and can sometimes send to 829 and sometimes no. I used to be able to send to all 809 #'s and the one day it just stopped. I called Rogers and they said it was orange's problem. And orange said it was Canada's problem. So who knows. But then one day, like magic, i could send and receive from 809's again. So it's wierd. But it went for about a year that i couldn't send to 809's at all. And now i can. Who knows!!!

Well yesterday my husband received a test from rogers on his 829 cell. It was the same guy (Rogers' tech) that was testing to see if it worked. Rogers called me up this morning to let me know that finally it works as per my husband's reply.. I did try it myself with my Telus cell phone and it works too now..
I think it has always been an Orange problem.
