I see this guy still has a website and is based in Miami, now 5 years later.

But quick.... What was the other vehicle that was produced here in the Dominican Republic?

When I was growing up I remember seeing a few of a car brand 'Cacique' or something like that which was supposedly built in The DR. Those would be nice collectibles nowadays if you could find any around. Never seen a Roka.

Once again our man Pichardo uses big words whose meaning he doesn't understand. Building one kit car is not "manufacturing." Even if it was banged together in the DR or if the German license plate is the truth.
