I want to take Caribe Tours from the airport in Santiago de los Cabelleros to Sosua. I know there is a bus terminal in Santiago de los Cabelleros but is there a stop closer to the airport?

Los Jardines is the closest one, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Take a taxi inexpensive and very reliable A/C.

If you take Metro bus....You arrive at their station in Sosua across the street from the Palms Hotel and the Tree house restaraunt..and thats a great place to be in the evening.........

There is a Metro bus station in Los Jardines, at the opposite end of the block from the Caribe Tours station.
That is the stop. One more thing, Caribe T. stops twice in Santiago. Once before Los Jardines. Another reason for Metro.

Sosúa
That's why you take the Caribe express and bypass Santiago all together.
Yes, exactly. Although expected travel time is WAY off. I had to go from Sosúa to SD to get an emergency passport. So I took the express bus back and forth. According to website for express bus it should take 3.5 hours, and with regular bus it would take 4.5 hours. But the express bus took 4.5 hours anyways both back and forth. Just something to take into consideration, but I guess if going with regular bus it would probably take at least 5.5 hours.

I will go with the Metro bus and stop in Santiago and have coffee with a friend. Carry on to Sosua and stay 1-2 nights and then carry on to Jamao. Can’t wait to see the new changed Sosua.
