There was a lot more going on at this place than just pay-for-play, with the confiscation of guns and high-end vehicles.
As for the women, Dominicans, like any other nationality, get sick of the home-grown putas and desire more exotic fare, especially the guys who can afford to pay more than 500 pesos for a dusty-ass barrio tramp.
Go to a high-end cathouse in the "capitay" and you'll see Russian and Ukrainian women plying their wares. There's nothing a wealthy Dominican monger loves more than a blonde white woman.
it's the same brothel that employed this naked doll who caused much ado few weeks ago:

you can tell that she looked so unhappy sitting on the top of that SUV. like, totally in need of rescuing. it was a scream for help, really.
Yes it is. The article in the Op stated that. Maybe it was the video of her that got them busted?!
From the DR1 news;
Fighting Child Pornography
Attorney General Francisco Dominguez Brito says that major initiatives are underway in the country to prevent the Dominican Republic from being used as a sex tourism destination. He said that these initiatives seek to prevent vulnerable citizens from becoming victims of sex crimes, especially in tourism destinations. He was speaking during the opening of the First International Congress to Fight Online Child Pornography at the Attorney General Office auditorium yesterday, Thursday 5 May 2016. Dominguez said the country now has the software and equipment needed for fighting this crime. He said they have focused on the destinations of Puerto Plata and Punta Cana.
Dominguez Brito expressed optimism that the practice has been eradicated in Puerto Plata, and mentioned the case of Las Conejitas, the nightclub that was dismantled in Bavaro (Punta Cana).
He stated that for the first time the Dominican Republic is being recognized as one of the countries fighting people trafficking most effectively, with the largest number of rulings in these cases and the dismantling of trafficking structures.
Given the events in Santiago......
Is Santo Domingo next?
