Charity in Sosua

Is there any non profit charity organizations in the North Shores, Puerto Plata, Sosua Cabarete areas?
I know someone who is in need of economic help due health problems.

He will have to go for heart surgery this
Week, he is a neighbor in the building where I have my apartment.

If anyone in this forum is open to help I will provide more information.

Does he have Senasa?

He does have but still no enough, coinsurance is high because multiple surgeries recently, last week he had a procedure done cateterismo and lot of medical exams plus hospital room bills.

His name is Francisco he lives on the third floor Banreservas building in SOSUA, if anyone with big heart willing to help just stop by and ask the watchiman downstairs for directions to get in touch with him or his wife Mayra.
They used to manage a small hotel in SOSUA back in the days but due health problem he had to retire.
