I have Philly in my fridge now, but it certainly isn't that good. I was eluding to some whipped type cream cheese they sell in those specialty stores, they don't have here in the DR.

at room temperature until softened. In a small bowl beat cream cheese, add 4 tablespoons milk and
beat again until light and fluffy and voila! whipped cream cheese.
