Cheap shipping from Puerto Plata

Hola!
Can anyone tell me how to ship from here to the US cheaply. Like sending a t-shirt to my brother without using UPS or FedEx, which want around 1000-2000 pesos for "@###~sake!!

Someone had mentioned something about getting a membership, which gives you a Miami mailbox, but i can?t find the company in Puerto Plata.

Both Business Mail and EPS have offices in Plaza Turisol in front of the Brugal Factory.

Alternatively - if it is a "One Off" deal, get a returning holiday maker to post it for you when they get back!! Just show them there is no anthrax, explosive material enclosed & I am sure some helpful American will post it Stateside for you - for the price of the postage & a beer!!! That's the way I get most of my mail back to England!! - Grahame
