Metro Pac is very reliable. Don't really know the charge. But it will get there quickly.

From the title of the thread, I got the impression that the OP doesn't want to use a bus to send documents. There are a lot of couriers like BM Cargo and Domex that can do it.

I have sent everything by guagua or bus..... meat, radiator, passport , money, medical samples ...
works like a dream and virtually guaranteed

This week was a tissue sample from a biopsy....
Left POP - the called as he approached Cabrera on his way to LT and I met him

I've sent a lot of things on busses including documents. I don't have any problem with it. It's fairly cheap, too.
