You probably should state the From and the To cities. But yea, using companies like APTPRA can get the job done. depending on where they go.

From the title of the thread, I got the impression that the OP doesn't want to use a bus to send documents. There are a lot of couriers like BM Cargo and Domex that can do it.

I have sent everything by guagua or bus..... meat, radiator, passport , money, medical samples ...
works like a dream and virtually guaranteed
