Had a similar issue. Reported the problem on the 4th, left it till the 12th to complain, no log of complaint. Had to make the complaint again, waited 4 or 5 days, was told for a few days that someone would call me back, never happened. I then got into the routine of calling every day several times as they weren't calling me back. out of the blue one day a technician called and told us the problem would be resolved that day. Problem originally reported on the 4th, resolved 28th. I agree, no matter how much you pester them, they are not organized enough to know what different departments are doing, they WILL lie to you to get you off the phone and away from their responsibility. I would call daily, but I just don't think it makes the process any faster, maybe just reassures them you are still alive and in need of service.
