lol, yes, seafood pate with a delicate sauvignon blanc and beef wellington will not be on the menu. They might however sponsor a hot dog eating contest for entertainment.

It’s not that hard at all. More thinking out of the US and DR culinary box.
Start with serving easy but different items.
Tortilla española
Saté ajam with sauce
Eggrolls
Lasagne boloñeses or spinace..
All easy to prepare.
Then tapas with a glass of Cabernet sauvignon like Big mentioned, sherry fino etc.
Not always the burger, ribs, hot dog etc.
There is do much finer food.
But that’s just me with maybe ignorant ideas.

I would hang in there. I know for sure many folks who visit the doctor frequently and have become healthcare influencers. Some are now virtual MDs!
