i'm being quoted 145 dollars for post and core-

does this sound right? how much in the usa?

i don't know exactly what you are talking about.. in the States, the price of an implant is just quoted as one price.. here they break it down into two steps. first drilling and implanting the screw in your jaw.. Is that the post and core to which you are referring? If so,, that seems Wayyyyy low ...


Then they give another price for the crown on top of that post.. although why they do this is a mystery since the screw in your jaw without any crown is useless.

again.. a second opinion from a good dentist?

A Three piece frontal bridge for RD$30,000
An extraction: RD$1000

Fitting and other work RD$5-6000, depending, and maybe less.
