we live here around 18 degrees north....
that means, that the sun is about 4 months on the north of the house...:bandit:
so to have a "cold"... house you could put a roof which goes 5 degrees more outside... so that the sun does not warm your north wall...
and also... put a balcony south.. also to protect the south wall....
and if you can... put the staircase .. west.... will a wall outside...
so that the afternoon sun does not warm up the 1rst level,
and put the master bedroom... east.. with the bathroom east...
so you will freeze in winter time...(really)
