LOLThe mayor of Santiago is doing all in his power to ensure people stay 6 feet away when waiting on lines. Either comply or the fire department is going to douse you with water and force you to maintain the proper space.

Speaking of water!
The Cascada water kiosk outside La Sirena on Bartolome in Santiago is limiting 5 gallon refills to 3 per customer.
Supermercado Playero. Sosua. 4/22. 8:15AM. Opens at 8:00 AM.
Lots of parking when we arrived and we parked in the last row to stay away from others. We had put our masks on at home but had them pulled down while driving.
TIP: We used the car AC to make sure our hands were dry and then let the AC blow into the gloves. Much easier to put on.
TIP: Your car AC should have a recirculate feature that does not use outside "fresh" air. Might be good to use if in an small area with lots of people near the car.
We were number 4 in line outside and everyone had masks and gloves on. 6 feet apart. Took about 3 minutes for our turn as people exited the store. Our hands (gloves) sprayed both sides. Not crowded but some people just don't understand that sometimes you have to wait a little for social distancing. Really bad at the vegy/fruit area and meat counter where people just shoved in shoulder to shoulder. Floor mopping was very obvious and continuous. Check outs cleaning on rotation. Carts wiped down too.
(Keep in mind that we are early so no way to know if some items are sold out during the day.) Lots of fresh fruit and vegys and the frozen sections well stocked. In fact everything was well stocked except:
No Clorox, chorine, rubbing alcohol, Kraft Mac & Cheese and very little beef. (less beef after we left. lol)
We filled about 1.5 of our 2 large carts and with limiting people in the store had no waiting for check out. (we shopped looking at 4 weeks supply)
After the boys had loaded everything we took off masks and put into a container and will wash when we get home. Wind breaker off and hung; time will take care of those being cleaned. Gloves off. Sprayed our pants and shoes then got into car.
TIP: Parking further away really does make it nicer with no one else around. Funny that must about everyone wants THAT closest parking spot.
When we drove out at around 9:30, noticed that the line had grown with estimated 50 in line.
TIP: We look at EVERYTHING being contaminated.
TIP: My wife changed cloths in the garage before going into the house. I also did after dealing with grocery cleaning. Cloths go right into the washer, using gloves again. Wipe down the washer too.
At home we have a portable table with a fold right in the middle that I move to the back of our SUV. A bowl of hot soapy water with a dash of Clorox. Wet towels and unbag every item and wipe it down on the right side of table and when done put on left side. Let it dry a little and wife takes into the house. Not a fun or quick process but we think worth it. All the plastic store bags are thrown away.
Two days in a row last week when I tried to get 5 gallon refills at that Cascada kiosk they had none.I read somewhere there were (or are projected to be) scarcities in drinking water in Santiago. Is there any truth to that besides this refill limitation mentioned above?
I guess for example the "botellon" companies. Things "seem" normal in Cab
Ok. Water is what has me concerned. Not so much Mac and cheese. Two days in a row last week when I tried to get 5 gallon refills at that Cascada kiosk they had none.
A local comado(sp) near our house which also sells Cascada Water was nearly empty of filled 5 gallon bottles the last couple times I drove pass.

When all this crap started I had four 5 gallon bottles.Ok. Water is what has me concerned. Not so much Mac and cheese.
Sound adviceWhen all this crap started I had four 5 gallon bottles.
I immediately bought four more 5 gallon bottles, for a total of 8.
My sister-in-law and family next door had three 5 gallon bottles but usually only one has water in it.
I paid to get the other 2 filled and told them to get a re-fill as soon as one gets empty.
We have the local water processor deliver 8 bottles at a time, usually every three weeks. Costs a 5 peso premium, which I am happy to pay. When all this crap started I had four 5 gallon bottles.

Zinc is also a major component of the cocktail.
It is working all over the planet in a very large majority of cases..

But H'ouse, come on that's silly.I point out inconsistencies and fallacies in arguments made by the unqualified LOL
You?![]()
Zinc sulfate is a key to the cocktail. In theory, the HCQ open the cell, the zinc entered, slows the RNA reproduction allowing the body's immune system to fight, and the azithromycin helps prevent secondary pneumonia infections because of the suppressed immune system.Damn, no wonder all those people died. The doctors forgot to add the zinc to the cocktail. Too bad they don't read the DR1 forum.
Please provide a credible reference to back up your assertion that this is working all over the planet in a very large majority of cases. And please pay attention to the word "credible" in my request (hint: Fox News does not qualify).

This info is out there all over the place if you chose to seek it.
South Korea is touted as being a leader in how the infection is treated. I ask: have South Korean doctors used the HCQ cocktails?
The fact you exclude "Fox News" clearly defines your paradigms and biases.
