Hey, I think it may just work. Start a movement with no travel to the DR until corruption is pulled out by the roots. (Well, on 2nd thoughts .. it does not seem such a good idea!)
I am new to the site and have read with interest the coments I have to say as all are real and very imformative there are still alot of possitives in DR I intend to move there soon from UK most of these things happen every day at home the sad thing is we are all used to it as for corruption the same but we must be good at it alot does not get noticed
