Cruises from La Romana, with and without US Visa

Thinking of taking a cruise from La Romana this January with Dominican family members. Some have US visas , some not. Any experience/info/advice on who can go on these cruises and what ports they can visit. The stops are Tortola, Martinique, St. Martin, Guadalupe. The ship is the Costa Fortuna, not a very highly rated one . Really appreciate any feedback, including any Costa Fortuna experience. Also, a reference to a local travel agent with experience.

A travel agent would know this. There were some cruises before that Dominicans did not need a Visa for port visits. But that may have changed.

My wife and I went just before the covid outbreak, December 2019. almost the same trip, same cruise line , different ship but I believe identical. The wine selection was decent, the food ok, the entertainment actually quite good and the islands were very nice to visit. loved Guadalupe.
