At 500K each, be sure to buy early and often.

Anyone know exactly where this is? Just west of the ally that leads to Pomodoro, perhaps in the open plot of land?

It could be that, as I heard that the development there was going to be very environmentally friendly. But the building looks too big for the plot. Also the road in front and surrounding trees in the video aren't anything like that plot. If not there, maybe it's the place where they're just starting work again in front of the Kaoba Hotel.

That's what I was thinking, too. Did you notice that it looks like they might start construction on the W hotel again?

The conceptual drawings, in this case video, are never an exact depiction of the actual plot of land. And often the actual building design changes from the proposed conceptuals.

Until they put up a sign and start pouring concrete, it could just be another pipe dream.

I'll speculate it will built at the site of the closed casino, since the casino building is being demolished.

That's the place. A hole in the ground for five years according to the owner at Friends. They started pouring concrete when I was staying at Palm Beach in November. Another source who knows one of the developers says the construction was slowed by government red tape. They need people to buy in if they are to finish this project in my opinion. If you want to gamble a large sum of money here's your opportunity.

I did not notice any work last week at the W site, but I didn't walk the beach that far west.

The condos are on the ocean in the CGI images provided , so not the Casino, but it is a shame they have to knock down that building.
I wonder if they will build another Casino there? Would anyone be surprised if that happened?

Not enough money to build and complete unless they get funded by pre-sales.

OH BOY!.. Get out the popcorn. I wonder if the building permits say otherwise? Government may have wanted to see how much money they had before they started. How about another partly done then abandoned project?
At least you can't see it from the main road.

$500K and if that is at Encuentro, as Post #12 says, where you have to drive 6 miles in either direction to buy food ? Color me skeptical that there will be many to pony up at that price since Abinader has started corruption investigations and is stopping many of the government officials who laundering money through shell real estate purchases
