Any repository of books, public or private, is a library.

The problem in the DR is some checked out books tend not to be returned for whatever reason. It is sad. There is so much to be gained by bring reading books in the home. Times have changed. Technology has replaced a book bag or strap. However, the poor in need of book information do not have the resources of technology. There is no opportunity for them. This circumstance only expands the gap between the haves and have nots. Not good!
