From January 1-10:

Churches are closed
Bars, restaurants and colmados not allowed to have clients consume on the premises
Employees of restaurants, pharmacies, etc that deliver food and medicine can circulate until 11 pm
Security personnel can circulate as necessary for their jobs. Likewise employees in the hotel industry
Closed are "all public spaces open to the air such as parks......(Beaches not mentioned but would seem to be included since meet the description. Hotel beaches not public)

I don't understand them closing pharmacies. Do they have any evidence of a spread from pharmacies?

The closure of pharmacies is only in regards to the public entering the store location/premises.
Pharmacies, colmados and even restaurants can remain serving the community through deliveries only until 11pm.

As well, most pharmacies have had their delivery drivers equipped with veri-phones since March for credit card transactions, if choosing to pay by this method.

I dont think it's only for a couple of weeks.
Care to bet on that. Abinader showed promise but he just showed he cares little about the working class. Would he be willing to forgo his salary for as long as this shutdown lasts?
There will be tires burning in the streets soon.
Imagine all the bars and restaurants shuttered, gyms and churches and salons closed for occupancy.
This a big middle finger to Dominicans.
I think the AIs should be shut and all alcohol sales stopped too.
Kill the economy and he won't last his first term.
