Yes it's in the egg mix. You can also add in some alcohol too like a little rum, sherry or Marsala. Do not let the metal bowl touch the hot water.

But no, it seems to be really about food and desserts...well I can tell you that you can get custerd (sp?) in a box,and Dulce Fr?o is on our menu at Christmas and New Years...
