Another reason why it does not happends to men so frequently is because it does not take too much for us to be satisfied when it comes to sex but you girls in the other hands have to be romanced very well in order to get some satisfaction and that is why you girls get hooked with these sankies because they romance for a living and then think that you'all are special.

Some of us men only romance when we want to impress or when we want some free action and play with your heads to get what we want and once we get what we want we then we tell you good bye and don't call me, I'll call you.

When we don't feel like romancing which for some of us men is quite often, we rather go see a working girl that does not requires any romancing,
and if we can't find a working girl around we just go behind a wall or a tree for a quick break and if we have a colorful magazine to read that is just icing on the cake.....That's pretty much all it takes for some men to get satisfied.

That is why it is hard for some of us men to fall in love.
Hell, we can just finish from having the wildest sex experience with a girl but the minute we walk down the beach and see another girl and feel the urge again, all that great wild sex memory with you is then moved to the delete files of our brains jus by the desire to have sex with that other girl who eventually is just going to be another victim.

Hey Paradise.Lets get a few things straight from the Get-Go. I still think The DR is a great place--not one negative penned about the DR. I speak only for myself concerning these Skankies(with 2 ks).The difference you failed to mention in your diatribe was that a guy paying for services of a Skankess doesn't expect anything afterwards-you pay your money-have Sex and leave. You have no expectations about a having a wonderful life with this person-simply a transaction. )

I have read lots of threads about men looking for long-term love with women who are on the same level as male sankies. Seems like just about everytime I sign on, another guy is saying "I want to go to the DR and find true love in paradise, yada, yada, yada."
Now when there is an actual transaction of exchanging money for sex, there is usually a different understanding between both parties. But not always. There are plenty of men who want to turn their ho into a housewife, including in the DR.
My point is, just because you have a penis does not men you have more sense to not have game ran on you, including in the DR.
When two people meet and spark flies, the behavior and expectations are mostly similar regardless of gender.
My opinion is at least 25-50% of people in the world are sleeping with/hanging out with/married because they want the financial benefit, not because of love. How many women get married because of the money?
Like Anna mentioned, the point of this forum is not to bash people's head into a wall for falling in lust with a loser. It's to educate. Most people on this forum who have made that mistake already know.

Hello All-Am new to this Forum and read with great amusement and Disbelief how a vacationing Northamerican could fall for one of these Hucksters or Island Snake Oil Salesmen peddling love referred to as Sankies. My thought would be that such a Woman is incapable of finding a partner up North and to send these Guys money,possibly a greencard-- and in the worse case scenario a case of HIV+ you ladies need to use your heads for something else besides hanging your hat on. Get a Reality Check Please. This is 2005. Had I not Personally read this forum I would not have believed that in this day and time an Educated Woman(especially a northamerican) would be dumb enough to fall for gigilos such as this. Amazing!

What you are saying is correct and to the point. These ladies do not want to hear this from a guy. They think you are jelous or that is what they say all the time. They have been told and warned about it many times, but they seem to not listen. They like the love and attention they are getting. Also the constant sex. This sankies tell them I love you, yu are beautifull and so on, and that is waht they like to hear. So save your time and words and talk abouit the finer thing in life, I am saying this as friend and not to be against you or anything.

How many times have you been to the DR?. I ask for the simple reason that if you think that only north american FEMALES fall for sankies, then you have something else coming to you. Sankies are of al shapes and forms, males and females.

In my opinion (and nobody have to agree with me), men give more to their sankies than the female "sankie lovers". Have you seen those over 50, 60 and 70 y/o with those 17 and 18 y/o sankies?. They parade their "new love" all over the DR and spect everybody to treat them with respect.

The reason as to why not many men post here about their sankies taking advantage ot them is because of the "male pride". Some men believe that publicizing that they were taken "for a ride" is damaging to their "manhood". Some females tend to be more emotional than some men. Also don't forget that the majority of the females victims are young girls and the male "victim" tend to be much, much older than the femele sankie.

That men do not get attached to their sankies, that's bull shi*. That all they want is sex, more bull shi*. That they do not send money, another pile of shi*. That they do not marry their sankies, more mierd*. That they suffer less than the female tourist, horse shi*. That they don't help with all the "accidents" that their sankies' family "had", rat shi*.

I know a few sankie lovers, male and female and I am more disgusted with the male tourist than with the female one for the simple reason that it's easier to take advantage of a 17, 18, 19 or 20 year old than an old fart that is only thinking with his "little" head and then get so attached to his sankie that all he wants to do is make a "housewife" of a person that has more mileage than the Space Shuttle.

I am not trying to defend anybody, but let's call it as it it. It's not a women thing. Sankietism is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY PROFESSION, they take all comers!.

Do some of you really think that some of these male posters are going to admit that a sankie "played them"?. Yeah right, they rather say "I only go, have sex, pay for sex and then they leave". Sure!!
