the B vitamins I listed are supposed to be in a form that stays in the body longer than other types - which pass out rather quickly, dont know how true this is .

The best way to get a vitB cure is by injections...but they are pretty painful.

ive order some from jd sausers recommended web site , as they seemed reasonably priced....if there is any benefit I will be seeing if Mrs Altaego can provide me with bulk so to speak .
