I was really surprised when the rep at BM Cargo told me that about a month ago. Never knew that before. I haven't used it yet. I found the below on Google. It seems to confirm what I thought she said. I don't know if all couriers offer this(?):So let me clarify, you order an item from a vendor in the US who ships it to Miami. Then BMCargo obviously takes care of the rest and makes sure you get your ordered item in the DR and you pay BMCargo for the shipping from Miami to your BMCargo branch in the DR. If I understood you right, BMCargo would now export this ordered item for you free of charge from the DR to Miami? Yes, I'd imagine that you have to pay for the shipping for the replacement item normally, but did understand right that the route DR - Miami BMCargo would ship free of charge?
The prepaid label would be for the carrier who shipped the item within the US, correct?
If the above is the case, I stand corrected but as I don't see what the return of the item has to do with BMCargo, I'm not sure why would they do this export of the item free of charge? Did I miss something here?
