Domestic workers, mandatory lunch breaks

Hello, i have a question regarding domestic workers. We have a lady who works three 8 hour days a week for us. She works from 9-5 . is she entitled to an hour paid lunch? so that would mean she works fro 7 hours a day but get paid 8. Sorry if this is not clear but in reading the labour law it is not very clear on break times during the day. Thanks!

Am also not sure about the law on this either but would have thought that a one hour lunch break would be acceptable with you supplying the lunch!
