How can I describe Dominicans???? LOUD, HAPPY, PROUD, FUNNY...Oh and alcoholism doesnt exist in the DR yet everybody gets up at 8 a.m. to go to the nearest cormado or bodega to buy their first PRESIDENTE of the day.
