I have searched recipes, but if anyone has a really good Dominican Cheesecake recipe that they have tried I would love it. Looking to make it for Easter.

I have a great, and easy, cheesecake recipe. However, it is New York style, not Dominican.

I've served it to Dominicans and they loved it.

I haven’t made this, but I know Clara, and if she says it’s good, it is. I saved it to my “to make” list, because we grow lots of chinola on our property.

Sounds good except for the reduced fat cream cheese and use Philadelphia Cream Cheese. It's the best!

I've had several different kinds of cheese cake here, some better than others, but New York style is the best IMO. Super Pola in Sosua has a pretty good cheese cake that's close to New York style.

At one time price smart sold 'cheese cake factory' cheese cakes, don't know if they still do.

Dominican Cheescake is similar to a sort of flange.

At least that’s what I would say is the closest.

In its day, La Cuchara de Madera used to make a heavenly strawberry cheesecake.
