Dominican Food Ideas???

Does anyone have any ideas for some good dominican food?? I need something that will feed 15-20 hungry dominican baseball players..
Any Ideas?? I need something that will make alot... anything but plain Rice.......I need ideas ASAP!

Locrio de Pollo is great for large crowds, you have your rice, your chicken all in one pot!

Ensalda- cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, oil and vinegar work as a good side dish...
