The price difference between PUJ and POP is mind boggling. Even STI and SDQ is more expensive than PUJ, but nothing like between POP and PUJ.
To look at it another way, the airport with the least Dominican passengers has the cheapest flights, but prices go up when the Dominican presence increase.
